No matter what you may have heard, ticket sales for Jay Z and Beyonce’s On The Run Tour are booming!
Their outing may not be entirely sold out, but the Carters definitely won’t be performing to an empty house on their tour.
Jay and Bey are doing just fine at the box office despite what reports from several media outlets would have you believe! Sources close to the tour told Billboard.com that the pair has raked in around $86 million in ticket sales so far, and the 19-city tour is expected to earn nearly $100 million by the final tally.
Live Nation even pointed out in a statement than 48,000 fans will show up for the kick off in Miami next week. Not only that, but the second stop in Cincinnati is the first of several sold out shows for the On The Run Tour.
With numbers like that, Beyonce and Jay Z’s On The Run Tour is actually on pace to become one of the most successful tours of the year!
