According to NY Daily…

Police in Ohio have identified the twisted pranksters who dumped a bucket of urine and feces on an autistic teen as part of a fake Ice Bucket Challenge and are in the process of turning the investigation over to prosecutors.

Bay Village Police Chief Mark Spaetzel said Monday that five people were involved in sick scheme to dupe the 15-year-old boy, but no arrests have been made and it wasn’t yet clear if anyone would be charged.

The incident caught the attention of “Price is Right” host Drew Carey, who announced he would put up a $10,000 to help Bay Village police find the culprits.

The comedian — whose hit TV series was set in nearby Cleveland — was quickly joined by former “View” host and autism advocate Jenny McCarthy and her husband, Donnie Wahlberg, who said they’d pony up $20,000 toward the bounty.
