Even thought the “On the Run Tour” is over, Jay Z and Beyoncé brings their show back to life at the 3rd Annual Global Citizen Festival in Central Park on Saturday.
The festival was aired live on MSNBC, Mrs. Carter made a surprise appearance to perform “Holy Grail.” As the crowd of 60,000 put their lighters in the air, the superstar couple dueted on “Young Forever.”
The festival, whose goal is to end extreme poverty by 2030, also featured performances from No Doubt, The Roots, and Alicia Keys, who performed her new single “We Are Here.”
