The mid-week conversation quickly turned to the arrest of Bobby Shmurda, who was taken into custody Wednesday morning (Dec. 17) during a drug and gang sting.
The ‘Hot N—-’ rapper is facing charges stemming from gang-related shootings and drug trafficking. After cops brought him in, along with a reported 20 guns that were seized in a New York midtown recording studio, Shmurda — born Ackquille Pollard — finished the night being led out of a police precinct handcuffed to his GS9 crew members.
PIX 11 captured footage of a hoodie-wearing Shmurda and his crew being led out of the 71st Precinct in Manhattan Wednesday night, which can be viewed above. A reporter asks, “Bobby, what do you have to say to your fans?” The Epic Records signee looks away from the camera without uttering a word. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.
