CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO reporting) –
Exactly one month after a local gang leader was convicted of kidnapping and aggravated murder, Julius Webster will be sentenced for his crimes.
Webster was found guilty in Judge Michael Astrab’s courtroom for a carjacking and the robbery and murder of 31-year-old Curtis Leon Marks, Jr.
