ABC 7 reports on the case of Tobias Summers, a man who kidnapped a ten-year-old girl at knifepoint from her bedroom in Northridge, Calif. in 2012. He then repeatedly raped her at knifepoint before dropping her off on a street in a nearby town. He was found days later in a small Mexican village, where he had checked himself into a rehab under a fake name.
Last month, a Los Angeles jury found Summers guilty of 32 charges against him, including sexual assault, kidnapping, and burglary.
The unnamed victim, who is now 13, demanded to speak at his sentencing, appealing for Summers to be put away for life…
