I often do speaking engagements where I talk to the youth on how to effectively pursue their dreams. After one such engagement at Glenville High 2 young black males approached me and spoke of the difficulty they have finding employment. A few days later I was speaking with a friend who believes that the gangs are thriving in Cleveland because of a lack of employment opportunities and programs for teens. I did some research and also came up short because quite frankly I did not know where to look. I decided to turn it over to our audience for leads and they came thru in a HUGE way.
