In August 2015, news surfaced that BET would serve as the home of New Edition’s forthcoming biopic. With production underway, fans are already waiting to circle a date for its premiere.
Now, as the reel is in its early stages, another cast member was just announced that’ll surely get you even more excited for the biopic. According to Entertainment Weekly,Empire star Bryshere Y. Gray, who’s best known for his role as the self-assured Hakeem Lyon on the FOX hit show, will assume the persona of Michael Bivins.
