Kevin Gates has never been one to hold his tongue or care about what others think about him so it’s no surprise that he is now saying in one of his raps that he used to use heroin.

So Dreka Gatez, his gorgeous wife uploaded a video on Instagram of the couple cruising down the highway and Kevin is jamming to his own freestyle. At first, you’re bobbing you’re head to the beat and then once you play it back a few times and catch what he said, you’re like, “say whet?!”
“Lean keep a nigga cool / That dog food I used to use it / I’m going hard with the music / Cocaine distributor.”
If you’re unfamiliar with the term “dog food,” that’s slang for heroin.
“Thou shalt not judge” is what Dreka captioned the video.
WOW….Now we agree we shouldn’t judge but unless you are ready to explain how you either got clean or give a little more back story on your struggle, you are definitely opening the door for us to question what’s really going on with your life.
