Young Jeezy, recently hit the streets of Atlanta, Georgia for his annual Backpack Blessings Back-To-School Drive. Via his foundation, Street Dreamz Foundation, he donated 2,500 backpacks full of school supplies — which were distributed to various elementary schools in the Atlanta area.
