Score another win for the Jigga Man, this time in Hollywood. Jay Z has inked a two-year deal with The Weinstein Company (WTC) to develop projects for film and television.
WTC will have first dibs on signing scripted and unscripted projects that Hova brings to the table. Reportedly the Hip-Hop mogul already has projects in the works that will be revealed shortly.
“I’m excited to tell stories from real-life prophets who, through their struggles, have changed the world for the better and others whose stories are filled with fantasy and delight,” said Jay Z in a statement via The Hollywood Reporter.
