TSR STAFF: Talia O. @theclosetratchet on Instagram & @tallyohhh on Twitter! _______________________________ Yesterday, we reported that 'Family Matters' star, #DariusMcCrary, had been accused of child abuse by his wife, Tammy Brawner. _______________________________ The former #HarlemGlobetrotter filed a restraining order against her husband after he allegedly assaulted her and held their 16-month-old daughter, Zoe, over a pot of boiling water. She also says McCrary drinks and does drugs, however, he and his lawyer are vehemently denying the claims. They feel that Brawner is just creating drama in an attempt to resuscitate a failing career. _______________________________ McCrary's Lawyer, Glen T. Jonas, sent a statement to TMZ, stating that Brawner "is no victim" and that she's "a predator motivated by a desperate desire to extort money out of Mr. McCrary while trying to create an advantage in an impending divorce and custody battle." _______________________________ Speaking of his client, Jonas says that he is "a loving, devoted and dedicated father.
