Rapper Kodak Black, the only inmate in the Broward jail with a Top 10 album on the Billboard charts, was back in court Wednesday for a hearing that — depending on how a judge rules — could end with him being sentenced to more jail time 6-8 years to be exact!
The hearing will determine whether the Pompano Beach-raised rapper violated the terms of his house arrest. It went on too long to finish Wednesday, so the proceedings will resume Friday afternoon.

Prosecutors are aiming to prove that not only did Black, whose given name is Dieuson Octave, violate the terms of his house arrest, but that he also assaulted a bartender during what authorities allege was an unauthorized trip to a Miami strip club in February.
