Joycelyn Savage, the woman who’s family is accusing R. Kelly of holding her hostage, says she’s totally okay & happy.
Well it appears R. Kelly was telling the truth on Monday when he said he had nothing to do with the disturbing allegations that surfaced about him holding women hostage in a “sex cult”. According to TMZ, the woman whose family claims R. Kelly is holding her hostage is totally happy and okay at the moment TMZ has found out.
TMZ has actually spoke with Joycelyn Savage, the 21-year-old whose family accused Kelly of essentially making Joycelyn and other women his sex slaves, but she claims she’s exactly where she wants to be. In fact, she says she still gets those texts from her parents, but hasn’t talked to them in about six months.
However, Joycelyn wouldn’t let TMZ know where she was at currently or what exactly her relationship is with the Chicago singer, but she’s definitely there on her own will, and appears to be totally happy.
Her father Timothy believes she is suffering Stockholm Syndrome, a condition which sees hostages grow to love their captors. According to Buzzfeed reporter Jim Derogatis, who first reported the story, R. Kelly is currently being investigated by the FBI.
