TSR STAFF: Jade Ashley @Jade_Ashley94 _____________________________________ It’s no secret that #DonaldTrump’s star on the #HollywoodWalkOfFame has been vandalized a few times since he’s taken office. However, the West Hollywood City Council is now looking to have the star removed. According to the @nypost, the West Hollywood City Council recently voted to have Trump’s star removed from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Mayor John Duran tweeted about it late Monday. _____________________________________ The council will now send a formal letter to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, the Los Angeles City Council and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, asking them to consider removing Trump’s star. However, a recent statement from the chamber has many people thinking that the removal of the star will unlikely happen. _____________________________________ Leron Gubler, the organization’s president, and CEO said, “The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a registered historic landmark. Once a star has been added to the Walk, it is considered a part of the historic fabric of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
