Since its launch in 2014, Appling Food Products LLC “Appling” under Victor’s direction and leadership achieved international placement with Amazon.com, to distribute Appling’s D’E’TE’ Signature Seasoning Sauce. From this distribution platform, Appling has gained international recognition. Appling has formulated its signature sauce, D’ETE, which is a combination of fruits and vegetables with a unique spice blend. Beginning in 2017, Appling capitalized on its growing recognition to brand its clothing line under the “Sauce The City” brand name. Mr. Searcy serves as Director of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Motivational Speaker within Northeast, OH. Mr. Searcy also serves as Additional Affiliate of Serenity LifeStyle LLC in The Dominican Republic. Victor holds a BS and MS from Kent State University. He is also working to obtain his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology/International Business at Walden University.
