Another one of R. Kelly‘s kids is speaking out about him, this time it is Jaah Kelly, who came out as transgender in 2014. However, Jaah said in a recent radio interview to not be called transgender or Kelly’s son. In Jaah’s first reference to R. Kelly since “Surviving R. Kelly” aired, Jaah, who is reportedly 19, will be releasing a song about the 52-year-old singer.
Jaah, who goes by “R. Kelly’s child,” wrote on Instagram, “I’ve personally decided that I’m going to drop it on the 22nd not only because @bu.k.u will have an emergency verse on it, but also because It was very hard to record the song, let alone write it and produce the beat and I’ve just been thinking about everything I’ve had to deal with being R.kelly’s (sic) child.” Jaah added, “It was hard to even post the parts that I did.. The past couple days have been a little rough but we gone be Gucci dawg. I appreciate and love all of the support ya’ll been giving not only me but my whole family.”
Buku Abi, whose real name is Joann Kelly, is Kelly’s daughter. No word on what the lyrics are, but listen to the clip [HERE].
