The story that touched so many people all over the world — “Junior” Guzman was the innocent 15 year old who was savagely stabbed to death by a group of males in Bronx NY last summer. Caught on camera for everyone to see and be reminded of the horror story his family still lives with today. Well. . .the five members of the Trinitarios gang were all given life sentences in the “mistaken identity machete killing” most will not ever be able to un-see.
At a time when Junior would be with his friends in school . . . his mother was instead in court pleading and demanding justice for her son. And that is what she received when the verdict went out on 5 of the guys involved in her son’s death. In fact. . .three of the 5 were sentenced to 25 years to life. . .one was imprisoned for life without parole and the youngest killer was sentenced to 23 years to life at the Bronx Supreme Court hearing. This after a Bronx jury returned from eight hours of deliberations. There are still others awaiting trial.
