On Monday Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson revealed his plan to ‘ReStart CLE’ amidst the COVID-19 virus that’s been ravaging Northeast Ohio and the rest of the world. Actionable items designed to assist local business and residents were reportedly laid out to media members invited to the call, and on Thursday the mayor plans to share some of those items with in resident who wants to listen.
