A Los Angeles court is looking towards 13 years of prison time for the Grammy-nominated Hip-Hop artist for the Megan Thee Stallion shooting in 2020. The original incident took place after the rapper and friends left a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house back in 2020.
The Day Party went on to say that Tory Lanez’s legal team is looking to file to disqualify Judge David Herriford. They claim the Judge is showing favoritism against the prosecution.
