Ok cousins — remember last July (2022) when Kodak got picked up in Fort Lauderdale, and was hit with 1 count of possession of a controlled substance and 1 count of trafficking oxycodone? Since then Kodak has turned himself in and his lawyers are working diligently to get ya boy out of this situation completely!
His lawyers want the whole case thrown out! They’re saying the so called “oxycodone” the rapper was found with last July were tested, and not oxy but good old fashioned Tylenol! Yup the same pills you would take for body aches or headaches! His lawyers are also calling out the Sherriff’s office claiming a cover up AND bias towards Kodak! His team thinks this whole case is a “coordinated takedown” and wants the case dismissed at the end of the day!
