Actress Viola Davis has her own Barbie doll plus several other phenomenal women and that’s all thanks to Mattel who did a big thing just in time for International Women’s Day!
Mattel created a really amazing line of Role Model dolls, Barbie dolls who represent some really amazing and well respected women in the industry!
International Women’s Day is on March 8th (tomorrow) and the following day makes 65 years of Barbie! What a monumental way to celebrate and Mattel did just that, honoring the following women with their very own Barbie doll:

- Dame Helen Mirren (actress)
- Shania Twain (singer and songwriter)
- Maria Gomez (indigenous content creator)
- Lila Aviles (filmmaker)
- Enissa Amani (comedian)
