Diddy’s Team Wants Judge To Dismiss Portion Of Cudi’s Testimony!

Diddy's team wants judge to dismiss Cudi's testimony on his car being set afire!

We’ve been knee deep in this Diddy trial since it started, hearing all about the testimonies from the likes of Cassie, Dawn, and of course Kid Cudi! When Cudi took the stand, he talked about his experience with Cassie and Diddy, who he alleged “bombed” his car! Now even though Cudi came with receipts (in the form of photos, messages from Diddy and more). Diddy’s team is requesting the judge throw out this portion of Cudi’s testimony! They’re arguing that there isn’t enough evidence implementing Diddy in the 2012 incident. Cudi allegedly admitted that there weren’t any witnesses, fingerprints, or hard proof that Diddy did it — just felt like he knew it was Diddy! So yeah, his team is working to get that entire part of Kid Cudi’s testimony tossed out!

We’ll keep you posted on if that happens or not! So far Diddy has yet to catch a break in this trial, will he is left to be determined!
