Adrien Broner Lawsuit Details and Allegations Revealed
Adrien Broner Sued Over Alleged Sexual Battery and Assault Claims
Former world champion Adrien Broner is facing a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery, assault, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff alleges Broner invited her and several friends to an after-party in June 2026. There she says she consumed enough alcohol that she was unable to drive home. She claims Broner offered her a place to stay at the home where the gathering was held.
The complaint alleges Broner repeatedly pressured her into sexual activity despite being told “no” multiple times. Furthermore, the plaintiff also claims she made it clear she was not interested in men. She declined his advances throughout the encounter.
The lawsuit further alleges the plaintiff later crossed paths with Broner again at a livestream content house. There she claims he again pressured her into sexual activity. She also alleges that after refusing, Broner poured ice water on her during a livestream. This, she says, caused embarrassment and emotional distress.
In addition to the allegations against Broner, the lawsuit claims another content creator made defamatory statements about her during a livestream. The plaintiff is also pursuing claims against that individual and the streaming platform. This is for alleged negligence.
As of now, these are civil allegations contained in a lawsuit. Broner has not publicly responded, and no court has ruled on the claims.
What are your thoughts on how public allegations like these should be handled before a case is resolved in court?
