Chris Brown called into the Z1079 Request Line to speak with his friend Colby Colb. He shares his plans in acting, music and his artwork for Elton John’s AIDS foundation charity. He details the making of his coming project, ‘X,’ due in stores this summer. He also talks about his relationship with Rihanna, their status, and how he handles the haters. On his haters and being misunderstood in the media:
“My job is to continuously make them upset [laughs]. Continue to do what I’m doing and make them more mad. It’s amazing to me because the people that love me know that I’m genuine. All I’m trying to do is uplift everybody in a positive way.”
If he is happy with where he is in life:
“It’s a struggle. It definitely isn’t peaches and cream! But I’m thankful that I am able to take care of those with me and take care of my mom.”
If he is happy to be back with the Love of his life [Rihanna]:
“[Laughs] You know I am cheesing from ear to ear!”
