In honor of National Senior Health & Fitness Day, I wanted to share some exercises for the OG’s! Now maybe you aren’t in the gym, but you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stay fit, then take a look at the following exercises you can do in the gym or in the comfort of your home!
If nothing else, let this motivate you to get up and at it! Walk, run, hike, join a boot camp, yoga class, cycle class! The truth is, you’re never too old to benefit from getting active! Swimming is also a great way to stay fit and not as harsh on the body! Save some of these exercises for your next “get active” day and be sure to send this to an elder you think could benefit from the inspiration!
