Paula Patton and Robin Thicke have officially separated. The rumors have been floating around for a while, but the celebrity couple made it official today (February 24.)
The couple released the following statement to PEOPLE:
“We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time.”
Paula and Robin are high school sweethearts and have a son together, born in 2010.
