Law enforcement officials pulled 43-year-old Brown over in Reseda, CA at 12:20 PM PST for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.
From that point he was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence. The crazy part is that police are unclear what substance he was under when pulled over.
Word is his people are currently trying to bail him out of prison.
Bobby already has a DUI under his belt from a 1996 arrest so I really hope this isn’t history repeating itself.
