Coming out of Cleveland, Ohio, MC Lil Cray blew up in late 2015 thanks to “Kyrie Irving,” a song he dashed-off and quickly dropped as a favor to a friend. Previously, the Cleveland native had issued some mixtapes along with some singles, but when his buddy Reese asked for his name to be dropped in a couple cuts, Cray agreed and uploaded four, one of them being “Kyrie Irving,” The track took off, and in early 2016,which has reached over 70k views in 3 months of being released. the eOne label gave the song an official release.
