LOCAL NEWS: Man Cuffed After Running Around Outside In His Birthday Suit

A 21-year-old cuffed and stuffed after going for a run in his birthday suit.

Gregory Pankuch was arrested for public indecency on September 2nd after he was discovered running naked down the 1400 block of South Union Avenue at 1:30AM.

No word on what prompted Pankuch to jog in the buff.
