Chris Walton has been working on her fingernails for 18 years. And it’s finally paying off.
Guinness World Records has named Walton the woman with the longest fingernails. Nicknamed “The Dutchess.”
The Guinness World Records’ website says the previous record holder for longest nails was Lee Redmond, of Salt Lake City. Her nails measured a total 28 feet in 2008. The site says Redmond lost her nails in a car crash the following year.
But check out Chanel Tapper’s tongue! The California Student Chanel entered the 2012 Edition of the Guinness Book Of World Records for having the longest tongue in the world.
Her lizard-like tongue measures 3.8 in (9.75cm) from its tip to top lip and is twice as long as the average human tongue. Chanel Tapper’s impressive record speaking tool is the same width as the palm of your hand and stretches out the same length of a Apple iPhone. DAMN!
Let’s not forget Aevin Dugas! She has the world’s largest Afro, measuring 4 feet, 4 inches all the way around! Aevin, of New Orleans, trims her ‘fro two or three times a year and has to use up to five conditioners at once when she washes it.
