It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen Mo’Nique on the scene after her BET show ‘The Monique Show’ was axed last July. With plenty time on her hands, she’s been putting in work at the gym in an effort to slim down. She hits the gym at least 5 times a week and works with a personal trainer for one hour doing various routines and exercises to reach her ideal weight. Last year during the premiere episode of her show she shared with the audience “I want to get to 180. That’s an amazing weight for me. I’m still a thick girl but it’s a healthy weight.”
Keeping a positive attitude and motivating not only herself, Mo’Nique uses twitter to keep her followers motivated on their weight loss goals while tweeting photos of herself in the gym with the following captions:
