Kanye West is not here for American male fashion.
During one of his infamous Twitter rants, the rapper and now designer lamented about the piss poor style he saw from his American male brethren.
He wrote:
”Just driving through the city and I see a few thing I hate… I hate button up shits with hoodies, I hate hoodies with sport coats, I hate sport coats with button up shirts, jeans and dress shoes, I hate khaki trench coats with jeans and off brand work out sneakers, I Hate big ass striped scarves, I hate long ass sideburns with the line up RnB beard”
He added: ”…all this is 5 blocks. Detest”
Meanwhile, style writer Robin Givhan once tweeted about his own fashion show held earlier this year: ”Kanye West: a little Givenchy, a little Costume National. Will the real Kanye please stand up?”
