Rocking her fave nipple baring bandeau style top and a sheer accordion hi-lo skirt and her Converse sneakers, 24-year-old Ri Ri celebrated her new nude Reb’l fleur perfume ad in Times Square by copping herself a few pretty things with her girl Melissa.
