Kanye West may be guilty of robbing the people with his line of overpriced T-shirts and hoodies, but according to TMZ he will most likely be cleared of felony theft charges in his most recent paparazzi scuffle.
On July 19th Mr. West confronted a photographer at LAX who was filming him as he asked him questions. Kanye lunged for the photogs camera and the two began wrestling outside of the airport. Kanye finally let him go and the man pressed charges claiming that Kanye attempted to steal his camera.
However, legal eagles at the Thirty Mile Zone claim that the D.A. will reject that filing for lack of proof and the L.A. City Attorney will more than likely allow Kanye to throw some of those t-shirt profits at the issue in what is called a “civil compromise.”
Now Kanye can focus his attention on the Ying Yang Twinz, who have taken issue with his use of their ad-lib “Haaa!” or Taylor Swift, who has been doing push-ups and drinking milk in preparation for the next VMAs telecast.
