The Tribune reports two people called 911 from outside the North Coast Music Festival. One to report a naked man who broke a windshield, and the other to report a naked man jumping on top of cars.
When officers arrived, DNA info Chicago reports they found the 22-year-old Massachusetts man naked, sitting in a puddle of water.
The owner of a 2008 Mercedes Benz said the man had jumped on top of his car and broke his windshield, NBC Chicago reports.
After officers said he was acting erratic and
“not responding to commands,”,
they Tasered him in order to make an arrest.
After breaking the windshield and getting Tasered, the man was taken to an area hospital
“for observation and to get shards of glass removed from his buttocks,”
the Tribune reports.
