For some reason, Vin Diesel felt the need to share video of himself “dancing” to the hit single that Beyonce and Jay Z performed less than 24 hours earlier at the Grammys.

Perhaps a follow-up to his headline-making rendition of Rihanna’s “Stay” in September, the “Fast and Furious” star posted a video to his Facebook page early Tuesday, Jan. 28 of himself singing, dancing and doing the “Surfboard” to the couple’s hit single, “Drunk In Love.”

“You know I love music…” he shared with his 63 million-plus fans on Facebook, along with a 7-minute, 29-second long video.

The action star starts the clip by dancing to Katy Perry’s hit single “Dark Horse.” He twirls his right pointer finger to the ground and the video transitions to the star banging his head (like Taylor Swift during her Grammys performance Sunday) and shaking to Juicy J’s rap.

As the song comes to an end, Diesel shares a message with his fans:

“Guys, I’m excited, I’m happy,” he said. “Universal just called me and said Riddick is number one on the DVD charts.” He continued, “It’s a win for all of us. Really really want to thank you so much…” adding, “Of course Universal said they want to develop the next one.”

He then asked fans, “Did you guys see the Grammys last night? I couldn’t go, I had to do work.”

This is when he busts into his own rendition of “Drunk in Love,” starting at the 4:40 mark. He snaps, grabs his crotch, sings along, twirls around the room, and gives his own version of the “surfboard” dance.

Diesel concluded his celebratory tribute in Tuesday’s video with the words “All love…” scrawled across the screen.
