CLEVELAND – Four men charged in connection with the murder of popular Cleveland Heights restaurant owner Jim Brennan pleaded not guilty in Cuyahoga Common Pleas Court Thursday.
Jim Brennan, 61, died at the hospital shortly after he was shot during an attempted robbery at Brennan’s Colony June 30.
Brandon Jones, 23, Darien Jones, 21, Devonne Turner, 26 and Paul Turner, 23, were each charged in connection with the murder and pleaded not guilty in court Thursday. Paul Turner’s bond was set at $500,000 and the other three were $1 million.
