The Land, a new independent drama starring Erykah Badu, will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January. The film focuses on four Cleveland teenagers with dreams of professional skateboarding who get caught up in a drug operation. Variety reports, Nas is executive producing the film and producing the soundtrack.
In addition to Badu, The Land also features Michael K. Williams (“The Wire”, “Boardwalk Empire”) and Cleveland rapper Machine Gun Kelly and was film here in the LAND.
