Mr. Kerry Lathan’s story is insane. Nipsey was just doing a good deed for someone in the neighborhood, Mr. Lathan allegedly had no personal relationship with Nipsey. Nipsey had reportedly sent him clothes prior after hearing he was out of jail after serving 24 years of a 25 year sentence. Mr. Lathan was arrested for association with a known “gangster” and is currently being held in a Downtown LA jail until a decision is made on whether he violated the terms of his release or not, a negative decision could mean life in jail.
