Atlanta will be the host city for Miss Universe pageant, the Miss Universe Organization confirmed it on social media earlier this week.
The pageant’s competition will be held at Tyler Perry Studios on Dec. 8, the day after the SEC Championship football game which is expected to get millions of views! The pageant will be at the movie studios just weeks after the Democratic Debate that will be held at the studios as well.
The international pageant will have several different women from six continents over 10 days in the capital city. Contestants are expected to start their activities on Nov. 28 and the final night of the competition will be Dec. 8. Contestants typically spend time in the host city making appearances, rehearsing and competing in preliminary competitions ahead of the final night of competition.
