So on top of charges for criminal sexual conduct on an incident allegedly involving a female high school student [a trial Kodak has yet to face in South Carolina]. . .ya boy was given 46 months in prison earlier this month for lying on applications to purchase guns in the state of Florida! And he is still facing further charges. But Kodak said forget all that bruh and filed a notice of appeal yesterday for his 46 month sentence!
What does the appeal mean for Kodak? One of Kodak’s attorneys [Bradford Cohen] confirmed the appeal via Twitter saying:
YWe have filed an appeal of the Federal Sentence in #KodakBlack @KodakBlack1k case revolving around a few factors and interpretations of the guidelines. If it is successful, there would be a resentence where the Judge could consider a low offense level.
