So yeah Tank is a bounty hunter based in Akron, OH. He bails people out of jail to help them, if they don’t go back to court, than Tank and his team are losing out on their money.
Once you understand how a bail bonds work, than you will know to not play with the churches money, but some decide to skip out on court.
