National Daylight Appreciation Day goes down each year on the 21st of June and recognizes the summer solstice, that encourages people to show love and celebrate the many benefits that come with the sun.

So what benefits come with the sun you may ask?

Well lets take a look seemingly according to research the sun has been known to boost a persons mental health, and lower depression.

As well as increasing energy levels, sunlight also kills bacteria.

With many of us spending so much time indoors, we may miss out on the many benefits of the sun.

Its possible it may help to reduce high blood pressure, regulate the immune system, and so much more.
