Alright so you have a client who was waiting for her lash tech to arrive.
The lash tech was 20 minutes late, and the client asked if there would be some money taken off of the initial charge.
Which overall it was a no, the technician decided she would not take any money off of the fee although she was late.
Now on on the flip side, if the client was late for her appointment she would have been charged a fee.
