The third Thursday in November pays respect and shows support for those who have battled, are battling pancreatic cancer.

So this day makes it National Pancreatic Day!

It is to bring awareness to improve treatments, screenings, and research all over the word for this particular cancer.

Pancreatic Awareness Cancer Month is a reminder to take action and help spread the word about the dangers of pancreatic cancer.

Disturbing truth may be that  pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all different types of cancer. Within 3-5% of those who are diagnosed survive up to 5 years.

Survival rates vary for all type of cancers, and over recent years have gone up for all other forms od cancers except this particular one.

So spread the word that its National Pancreatic Cancer Day!
