You might have read by now how disappointed Ari was when she did not take home an award for her SOUL album at this year’s Soul Train Music Awards. She spoke on how she made a Soul album for her people. . .black people and that she just didn’t understand. She mentioned how bad she wanted it and how hurt she was. A lot of people don’t know this but Ari has actually been grinding it out in this business since 2009!
