Despite signing to Def Jam in the early 2000’s, Tony Starks said his career never took off at the renowned label. “Def Jam just made deals with me. They wouldn’t let me go because they didn’t really have that much street cred. So they kept me around. I’m like, “Okay you gotta give me this and I’ll […]

Raekwon grabs his Cuban Linx co-conspirator Ghostface Killah and Rick Ross for the latest leak off of his new album, Shaolin Vs Wu-Tang.  “Molasses” sounds like some glorious old school hip-hop, with enough of a modern sensibility that Hot 97 shouldn’t run away from it.

Ghostface Killah quietly released one of the best hip-hop albums of 2010 in December.  Apollo Kids is Ghost’s most satisfying album since 2006’s Fishscale.  The album’s first single, “2getha Baby” has received lots of love from fans.

Even though his last album, Apollo Kids, just dropped a couple of weeks ago, Ghostface Killah is already working on the follow-up, a sequel to his 2000 classic, Supreme Clientele.

Ghostface Killah’s ninth proper album, Apollo Kids, hits stores on December 14th and is certain to be another solid entry into the Wu-Tang Clan member’s discography.

It’s always a cause for celebration when new material from Ghostface Killah is released.
