People.com is reporting that Eva filed the papers this morning in L.A. Superior Court. And even though it has’t been confirmed, rumors are abuzz saying Tony’s infidelity is the reason. I have a feeling a few San Anotnio groupie are about to start making their way to Gloria Allred’s office. According to the site:
The Desperate Housewives star’s documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court just one day after her rep denied that Parker had done the same in a Texas court.
