Steve Harvey is a shining star, literally.

Yesterday, the popular comedian and TV personality was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, receiving his own star in the radio section of historic Hollywood Boulevard.

“I share this star with every single fan of Steve Harvey,” the 56-year-old said during his acceptance speech, thanking anyone who  ever “clapped for me, cheered for me, bought tickets for me.”

He went on to pay tribute to his wife of six years, Marjorie.

“The Lord saved my soul, Marjorie saved my life. That’s really the truth of it,” he said. “She is the most important component to all of this since 2005. Y’all hardly knew of me, tell the truth. ‘Kings of Comedy’ was hot, but my life really took off after this woman.”

Along with is family, the media mogul celebrated the happy occasion with Dr. Phil, Samuel Jackson, Ellen Degeneres and close friend Cedric the Entertainer by his side.

Congratulations, Steve Harvey! Check out the footage below.
